If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by phone at +39 055 9753975 or by sending an email to giuliamateria@gmail.com specifying:

– Name and surname
– A telephone number
– The identification number of the order
– The item number of the garment you want to return
– The reasons for the return
– If you wish to replace the product or be refunded

You will be given the address to send the goods to. (the return shipping costs are charged to the customer).

You can return one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with an identification tag and seal. Prepare the duly sealed package before collection.

Any return / exchange can also be made at one of our stores. Giulia Materia Snc di Materia Giulia e C. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Within 48 hours of receiving the package, we will refund the returned items at no additional cost.
